Parts & Service Specialist (Full Time)
Ridenow Tallahassee is a reputable, family owned and operated powersports business in Tallahassee, FL. We are a fast-paced maintenance/repair facility looking for a self-motivated, full-time, parts and service specialist to join our team of motorcycle and powersports enthusiasts.
Dealership Hours:
M-F 9-6; Sat 9-5; Closed Sun
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Sell and educate customers on parts and accessories.
- Responsible for ALL unit check-ins for the Service Department.
- Communicate directly with customers in a timely manner to provide appropriate solutions to technical or parts problems.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle and resolve inquiries and concern promptly and professionally without redundancy.
- Keep records of customer interactions, details of inquiries, comments and complaints.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to follow up on customer interactions.
- Ensure our parts department is stocked with the correct inventory to service our retail customers and service department.
- Maintain show room displays, rotate inventory.
What We Are Looking For
- Must successfully work individually and as part of a team.
- Relevant computer knowledge of basic applications and software systems.
- Communication skills both verbal and written along with listening and problem-solving skills are a must.
- Powersports, Motorcycle, ATV or UTV knowledge is a plus.
- Must have a good driving record and a motorcycle endorsement.
